Target 1. Ensuring the access of children to quality pre-school education services

Target 3. Reducing educational losses and educational gaps among various groups of education seekers, which arose, in particular, in connection with the epidemic of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

1) share of primary school graduates who have achieved basic and higher levels of competence (reading, mathematics, natural sciences) according to the scale of nationwide external monitoring of the quality of primary education, percent

 

2) share of seekers of general secondary education in grades 6 and 8 who have achieved a sufficient and high level of knowledge in the Ukrainian language and mathematics (algebra and geometry) according to the results of the nationwide monitoring study of the quality of education under martial law, percent

 

Target 4. Ensuring access of the population to quality professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-tertiary and tertiary education

1) share of seekers for professional pre-tertiary education over 24 years old, percent

 

2) share of seekers for tertiary education over 24 years old, percent

 

3) volume of expenditures of the state, individuals and legal entities on tertiary education to gross domestic product, percent

 

4) number of seekers for professional (vocational and technical) education by level of education, thousand persons

 

5) level of participation of the population in formal and informal types of education and professional training of specialists, percent

 

6) satisfaction index of participants in the educational process of institutions for professional pre-tertiary and tertiary education with the quality of education (by type of participants in the educational process)
