Budget system embraces the central budget, budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (republican budget and budgets of regions and cities of republican subordination to of Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and local budgets (regional, town, district, district in cities, village and rural budgets).

Totality of all budgets included into the Ukrainian budgetary system composes the consolidated budget of Ukraine

The consolidated budget of Ukraine is used to determine the conditions for government management in social and economic development of the country.
