Consumer price
index
(inflation index) is an indicator of
changes at the time of prices and tariffs for comodities and services being
purchased by the population for unproductive consumption. The estimation of the
CPI is based on data about the changes of prices obtained through the monthly
registration of the prices and tariffs in the consumer market, and data about
the structure of the consumer money expenses of the total population, received
according to the data from the sample survey of the households living
conditions.
Industrial producer price index
is an indicator of changes over time within industrial
production. It is compiled monthly using data on prices for the industrial
products which are given according to the
Nomenclature of Industrial Products
(NIP) by sampling circle
of enterprises. The prices are weighed by the volume of sold industrial products
in monetary terms.
Index of prices for sales of products by agricultural enterprises
is an indicator of changes in time of average prices for agricyultural products
realized by agricultural enterprises (apart from the small ones). It is defined
by taking into account all channels for realization of agricultural products (to
processors, on the market, to the population in payment for labour, to those
with shares in payment for land rent and property shares (portions), by other
channels).
Price index
for construction and assembly operations
is
characterising
the movements of the prices in the construction. It is compiled monthly using
the data about the procurement of the material resources according to the sample
range of construction and assembly, and repair organisations. The weighing basis
is the data regarding the current expenditure on the construction-assembly work.
Indices of tariffs for post and communications services
measure changes over time in tariffs for post and communications services of
enterprises, establishments, and organisations. It is compiled on the basis of
data about the tariffs for selected representative services by types of such
services which are selected with the account of their representatives on the
market of post and communications services. The weighing base is the data on
income resulting from the provision of post and communications services.
Index of
tariffs for merchandise transport
measures
the changes over time in tariffs for merchandise transport according to
type of freight, distances, territory, etc. The index is estimated each quarter
for each type of transport (rail, road, pipeline). The weighing base is data on
income from haulage, freight transportation.
