Investment and construction
activity
The section contains information about the volumes and structures of capital investment by type of assets, by source of financing, by type of economic activities (the Classification of Types of Economic Activity, State Classifier 009:2010), and indices for capital investment. It also has data on ñommissioning the buildings (including residential), engineer installations and production capacities. The section also presents indicators on the activity of construction enterprises.
Capital investment
is an investment for an acquisition of the new, which have been used or produced
using one’s own resources, tangible
and intangible assets, expenditure
for capital repair and modernization.
Investment into tangible assets is investment into residential buildings,
non-residential buildings, engineering structures, machines, equipment and
tools, transport facilities, land, long-term biological assets of animal
breeding and crop farming other tangible assets.
Investment into intangible assets is
investment into an acquisition or creation using one’s own resources of the
rights to use natural resources and property, software and databases, the rights
for commercial brands, subjects of industrial property, copyrights and related
rights, patents, licences, concessions, etc.
Indices are compiled using data at comparable prices according to the Technique
approved by SSÑU Decree 494 of December 25, 2009.
Value indicators are presented at actual prices and used to produce the
indicators of structure.
The estimation of investment per capita is made on the basis of average annual
resident population.
