Recommendations for the stuff responsible for conducting household living conditions survey:

·       to intensify the work with users in terms of providing them information on quality of the results of the household living conditions sample survey and main methodological discrepancies with the System of National Accounts data;

·        to calculate the standard deviation and confidence interval for particular groups of consumer expenditures to evaluate their reliability;

·       to improve the program of the questionnaire to assist in providing the complete information for all household's members on their expenditures;

·       to improve the quality of primary data and reduce non-sampling errors; to ensure an ongoing training for the stuff responsible for household living conditions' survey conducting and obtained data processing on a systematic basis.
